One of the areas of focus for our team is the identification and validation of drug targets for the treatment of various diseases. To this end, we are actively collaborating with several pharmaceutical companies to leverage our expertise in bioinformatics and computational biology.

Through these collaborations, we are working to identify promising candidates for drug development. We do so by analysing large-scale eQTL data sets and by using computational tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends that may indicate potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore we can use this data to make inferences on the validity of previously identified drug-targets.

Our vision is to use functional genomics and computational biology to discover new therapies for diseases. We believe that by analyzing publicly available datasets, we can pinpoint potential drug targets and contribute to drug development. We are committed to collaboration and the advancement of the field with a goal to bring our findings to the clinic.
